A Letter from Ms. Bradley

I hope this note finds you and those close to you healthy and unaffected.

The COVID-19 pandemic is truly a human crisis unlike anything we have ever seen, and it continues to impact the communities we live in, our way of life, and our business.

This isn’t business as usual, and it’s a time of tremendous stress and uncertainty. It is also a moment in time when the work that we do, “Provide Superior Security Services,” is most critical.

I wanted to take a moment to provide an update about BTI Security and provide some assurance that we’re focused on our employees and our business.

Things are changing day to day with our customers and we will do our absolute best to keep you informed of any changes that impact you or your worksite as quickly as possible.

Your Project Managers and Supervisors are available on-site or by cell phone as needed. The Corporate Team is available, whether in office or teleworking, during normal business hours, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
I am extremely grateful for the work that all of you are doing.  Your efforts are not going unnoticed.
Please make an appointment if you need to come to the corporate office to assure the proper assistance. Please do not hesitate to contact Human Resources at hr@btisecurity.com if you have any questions or concerns.

Masks and Gloves:
While the CDC and other health officials do not recommend masks or gloves for healthy people who don't ordinarily use them for their jobs, we will make them available — as supplies permit — for employees who want to wear them.

Guidance:
• Practice social distancing – Six (6) feet is the amount of space people should keep
from others when possible.
• Wash your hands regularly – Twenty (20) seconds is the amount of time people
should take to wash their hands with soap and water.
• Avoid touching your face – especially eyes, nose, and mouth with your hands.
• Cover your mouth with your elbow when you cough or sneeze.

Above all, I want you to be healthy and safe, so please be cautious and careful and use common sense. We are going to get through this and I look forward to life and business returning to normal.

I appreciate your support and patience during this unprecedented period of time.

With warmest wishes for everyone's continued health and safety,

 President & CEO

We ask all employees to cooperate in taking steps to reduce the transmission of communicable diseases in the workplace.

Employees are reminded of the following:
•   Wash your hands frequently with warm, soapy water for at least 20 seconds.

•   Cover your mouth with tissues whenever you sneeze, and discard used tissues in the trash.

•   Avoid people who are sick with respiratory symptoms.

•   Clean frequently touched surfaces.

The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA or Act) requires certain employers to provide their employees with paid sick leave and expanded family and medical leave for specified reasons related to COVID-19.
These provisions will apply from April 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020.

Please contact the human resources department with any questions or concerns.
